Rapid updating

so its been forever since I updated. I’ve been getting angry voicemails, emails and txts from angry fans. So now listen up cuz there is going to be posts out the waazooo. Ready, get set, GO!

It was national take your shirt off morning in the nice sunshine

a few fatalities along the way

So after a shower in Montana at the Lakeside YWAM base and a nights sleep we awoke at a relaxing hour of maybe 9 or 10. took showers again. Then Lori made us bacon and French toast for breakfast (chad did the bacon I guess) so that was way sweet then with very little convincing necessary it was decided that Lori and Veronica would ride with us to Glacier National Park for the day. Off we went up into the mountings, well i guess we where in the mountains, so we went to the bigger mountains. Good times. It was sweet that Lori and Veronica where able to join us and it was fun getting to know you guys a bit.

waiting for the construction zone to let us through

Ok so we got back to the YWAM base and feverishly ate some food and headed out. I think it was past 7pm and we still had over 200 miles or so to go to Earl and Edith Reifs (friends of laban) oh and for all you easterners it get dark out here at about 7:15ish. So we rode on into the cool dark Montana evening. After dodging many a deer and work zones we arrived in Heron only miles from Idaho at about 11:30ish. Little did we know that Edith had made us a “snack” that consisted of home made pizza, huckleberry pie and ice cream. Not to bad for a snack! In the morning we had another feast awaiting us, and then to top it off she sent us off with sandwiches for lunch! So thank you SOOO much Earl and Edith for putting us up for the night, giving us food and giving up your bed! It was a good night to stay inside to as it was the first mentionable rain that we had to deal with.
our late night "snack" or second dinner
The day (this would be the 16th of September) didn’t start off super good for me. It was the first time I chose to put my rain gear on, that made me grumpy and hot. Then pulling out of the driveway while messing with my rain gear nate made a sudden stop to let a car go by, he started to lose it on the slippy road and I finished him off via my front tire into his rear tire to put him down. And marking our first major collision. No pics are available because our cameras where buried under our raingear and it was a quick pick up to avoid any more embarrassment. more on its way...............................maybe a feeling word in the next post not feeling it now
