update from the motherland

just to update everyone on our (the left behinds) status. there is progress on our bike preparation, though it is still going to come down to the wire with our boxes and all. 

CB's installed: check

Headsets installed: check

repaint my helmet to give it a supersweet look: check check

sidebags instilled: nope

topbox instilled: nada

install new rear tires: soon

begin the packing process by starting with clean cloths: in progress

countless other things that should be done: that's as far as i care to think at this point.

oh yeah laban and i are planning on pulling out Sept 2nd in a whirlwind of fire, smoke, and tears. making a saggy bee line for Colorado.
