One week down.

I thought I'd put up a few videos for your viewing pleasure. Most of them are of us riding along through Iowa and Minnesota. The other video is of me and my cousin Tim's friend Scottie while we were tubing. Hopefully the videos of us riding will give you an idea of what it was like to ride through those states. Originally I thought it would be boring to ride through them because I knew that it was going to be flat and all fields, but I really did enjoy seeing all of the beautiful farm country. Everything is different when you are on a bike, the sights and the sounds and the smells are all much more vibrant and alive.
The last couple of days have been spent here in Minneapolis at what is soon to be Hannah's old apartment. We've had the chance to hear some great blue grass music by the Roe Family Singers at a local bar, as well as taste the famous Juicy Lucy at Matt's Bar. Yes, that is the same Matt's Bar that was featured on the Travel Channel's Food Wars. We also got the chance to meet a number of Hannah's friends which was a lot of fun and a blessing. Thanks to all who made our Minneapolis experience such a good one.
Tomorrow morning we will be hitting the road again and heading north towards Duluth and will be camping around that area.
